Delivery & Shipping

All goods are available from stock and will be shipped the same working day if ordered before 3:00 PM. Expected delivery times are listed on the product page.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

However, it may occur that an item is temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock, you will normally receive notification within a day.

The delivery times indicated on the en.eeveve.com website are only indicative and not binding.

Eeveve Webshop makes every effort to respect the indicated delivery time.

If the ordered goods are not delivered within 20 days (unless otherwise agreed or in case of force majeure), the agreement can be considered dissolved. If a payment has already been made, Eeveve Webshop will immediately refund this payment.

Delivery is made via a parcel service to an address or pickup point specified by the buyer. We do NOT deliver cash on delivery.

Goods will be dispatched after we have received payment.

Shipping Currency
Shipping costs are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and the order value.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Multiple Parcels
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on size, weight, or product availability. In such cases, no additional shipping charges will be applied unless otherwise stated.

Damage During Transport
Any visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Customs Clearance
Orders outside the European Union are shipped on a Delivery At Place (DAP) basis. As the recipient, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.

Our shipping charges only cover transportation to the destination.
